Firing Scheduled Issues Missed Due to Server/Application Interruption

We have a project with various Scheduled Issues that run almost nightly. When the servers are down for maintenance or other issues on nights/times that have Scheduled Issues, those Scheduled Issues obviously won't fire when the server is down, but we need them to fire as soon as the server comes back up. Is there any way to achieve this functionality?
