Unable to bulk edit Creator

Per https://bitbucket.org/apdc/the-scheduler/issues/147/bulk-edit-creator, an admin should be able to bulk edit the creator of Scheduled Issues. However, I am a super admin and when I select multiple Scheduled Issues and click "Edit Selected", the Creator is not listed in the available fields to edit. I also had our other super admin try and she sees the same issue.

We're using JIRA 7.1.8 and The Scheduler 4.3.1.
