Hi Zarrin,
Unfortunately in this case - you can not do it via The Scheduler.
Scheduler is creating issues with first status from your workflow. You would need to change the issue status manually as you would normally do with other issues. There is no way for The Scheduler to interfere with your workflow because there are countless possibilities with custom workflows and actions upon transitions from one state to another.
As I mentioned above Scheduler works well with Sprints on Scrum Boards, here is some info you might find useful: https://confluence.atlassian.com/agile/jira-agile-user-s-guide/working-with-sprints/creating-a-sprint
Let me know if you need any additional help.
Best regards,
Łukasz

Hi Zarrin,
if you want to create an issue with "To Do" status in order to display it on your Board, you would need to assign this Scheduled Issue to a Sprint. Without assigned Sprint it will end up in Backlog.
To choose Sprint while creating Scheduled Issue the "Sprint" field have to be available on the Create Issue screen in JIRA.
Please let us know if this helped you.
