Assignee Name Shows N/A

There are few user's who name in the Scheduler appears as N/A but there is an assignne assigned to this ticket. Please see the attached image for more information

    Hi Mani,

    what version of the plugin are you using (and JIRA) ? Latest version from marketplace should display proper Assignee (there is a case where N/A would be displayed - when the user is deleted from JIRA - but this Scheduled Issue would show label 'Invalid' )

    Hi Łukasz,

    I am using version 4.3.2 for The Scheduler and 7.1.9 for JIRA. We had a case where the name of the person was spelled wrong so we corrected that on our side but after that the name always shows as N/A for few people. I am able to see everyone else's name (if I change the assignee).

    Hi Mani,

    thank you for that info, it appears that users whose 'username' was changed are showing as N/A - we are working on solution.
