Migrated from 6.1.9 to 7.3.6, Scheduled issues are not migrated

We have migrated JIRA from 6.1.9 to 7.3.6, We started with database duplication and now our 7.3.6 version is live in production but none of the scheduled configuration in new version. For the upgrade Atlassian advised to install all plugin after upgrade is done. Looks like I should have installed plugin when I duplicated 6.1.9 to new servers first. Luckily I have test instance where I did that and have all scheduler items, but I am unable to export, get 500 error. See attached.
We have big list of ticket which creates on beginning of moth and this needs to work to create all these tickets for July.
