We are using postgres72 as our database. We did a recent upgrade from MySQL to Postresql. We tried various projects, and we are still getting the error.

We upgraded to JIRA 7.4.1 and the error is no longer occurring.

Thank you Bill for informing us.
It is good to hear it works again :)

I'm seeing the same after going to 5.0.4. Running jira 7.1.9 - no plans to upgrade at this time. Can you look into fixing this from the plugin side?
Also, is there a safe way to downgrade to 5.0.3 to see if that resolves the issue? -
Thank you for creating #221, let's move there :)

Hi there,
Please try hard refresh - ctrl + F5 (in most browsers)
If this doesn't help then please tell us what database are you using and if this error occurs regardless of the project type.
The most important send us your atlassian-jira.log file at support.atlassian@tt.com.pl
Link to info how to find it: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver070/logging-and-profiling-749383436.html
