issue security level does not apply on scheduled issues

Hello there,

I recently found out that when scheduling issues in a project and the issue security field is not visible on the create-mask, the standard security regarding the security scheme will not be applied. I was able to reproduce that. 1. set security scheme with standard security level 2. create scheduled issue with a create-mask that has no security level picker When the scheduled issue is fired, the standard security level should be applied. Is that a bug here?

    First of all a lot of thanks for reporting that issue. It is always very valuable to know what is important from end user perspective.

    The issue is reproducible on my test instance. Could you please tell me what are your versions of JIRA and The Scheduler?

    We will be working hardly to deliver solution for that issue in next or some future releases.

    Hi Marek,

    I went ahead and logged in so this won't be so anonymous anymore.

    We are using JIRA 6.2.1 with The Scheduler plugin version 3.0.8 (still evaluating).

    Will there be a way for me to keep track of this issue and when it might be fixed?

    We will treat it as the enhancement since now. The topic is complex and we are not able to provide it in upcoming releases. I will keep you posted.
