This is a duplication of Issue #215 so I can attach you a snip of logs.

I'm seeing the same error described in #215 after going to 5.0.4. Running jira 7.1.9 - no plans to upgrade at this time. Can you look into fixing this from the plugin side?

Also, is there a safe way to downgrade to 5.0.3 to see if that resolves the issue?

Hi Sean,

Yes sure, we will test it with your JIRA version.

Please tell us:

• what database are you using

• is your instance a Data Center (and how many nodes) ?

There should be no problem with downgrading to earlier 5.0.x versions (download it from marketplace) - just remember to clear the cache after you install other version.

It was fixed in previous released version 5.0.6. If anything changes please reopen this issue or create new ticket.
