Hi, Can the assignee of the issue be parameterized?

And the statu in which the issue is created?

You can set assignee upon creation of scheduled issue - if you do not see assignee field, that would indicate you don't have the permission to set it. If by "parametrization assignee" you mean switching it based on some parameter - without editing scheduled issue - this is not possible.

Issue created by the scheduler will have the 1st status - just like any other issue created manually. There are just too many cases and possibilities involving transitions, post functions, validators ect. there are just too many thing that could go wrong and complicate things.
