I am using this add-on in customer PoC environment. Having this functionality is critical for them. please help.

- it appears that they do get created, but they don't show under their parent...

Hi Lana,

We have just released version 5.0.6 with fix for issue with redirections. Please update add-on.

If you want to create scheduled issue with sub-tasks you would need to go scheduled issue details page and add sub-tasks:
