Custom fields

I am running the trail version and considering the purchase but i have noticed that my custom fields (open text) are not being saved by the Scheduler. Is there a maximum amount of open text fields that can be saved? Or is there a way of adding another descripion type of field? Thank you in advance

please tell us, are you using The Scheduler for JIRA Server or for JIRA Cloud ?

Could you please send us some screenshots with console view open (in most browsers F12 opens console if possible make screenshots in chrome):

This is how the scheduler interprets the fields. [cid:image003.jpg@01D32189.5E88DBE0] [cid:image004.jpg@01D32189.5E88DBE0] As you can see the open tekst fields öplage and “Verspreiding” in the second screenshot from Jira is not included in de scheduler issue.

Hi Gavin,

I believe you replied to bitbucket from the email you received but your screenshots were not attached as bitbucket added your email message as a comment to issue (it look like it doesn't handle attachments well :( )

Please forward your email with screenshots to "[e-mail]" or directly to me at "[e-mail]"

We have just released new version with support for missing field - Single-line text field - it looked like on your step 2 screen field "Oplage" was missing We have tested this version against JIRA custom field "Text Field (multi-line)" - it seems to work fine.

Could you please specify how this field "Verspreiding" was generated? Maybe you are using some add-on to generate this field? If yes, let us know what is its name and we will test it.

Again please send us screenshot from the second step of the wizard with console view open.

PS. The Scheduler does not support "Environment" field.

Hey Lukasz, Thanks for your reaction. We are not using any add-on’s to generate fields . The verspreiding field is a normal jira generated field.
