"Manage Scheduled Issues" isn't showing on add-ons manage page

Dear User,

I've replicated the issue on JIRA v6.4.12 with TSP v3.3.6 on internal (trial period database type) and spotted no errors - after going to "Scheduled Issues" (this option is cloaked under "Add-ons") I can see a list of scheduled issues.

I'd like you to try to search for "Scheduled Issues" option using an alternative web browser (e.g. Firefox, Chrome). If this doesn't work then please follow the below request as I need some additional information:

• When has the issue started? Perhaps the recent update (or JIRA or the add-on) caused the problems to appear;

• What is the database type and its version?

•The best would be if you could send us html code from the last, problematic step's page - this way our developers team can find what may cause problems.

(You can download html page by right clicking on page and saving page as html only, or "Ctrl + s", and if it is not available in your browser please google "how save a webpage +YourBrowserName")

•Please also make a screenshot of that last step screen with opened browser console (F12 in most browsers i.e. Chrome) – if there are red error make them visible on the screen.

As both user interfaces has changed a lot and your TSP and JIRA are not the newest ones, I recommend you to take a look into this link and You should find what is needed.
