Hello, I have bought the license for scheduler SEN-10497970 to be used on JIRA service desk SEN-10201194 . Our service desk license is 25 users license where as JIRa software is 50 users license. Apparantly Scheduler is asking to upgrade to match the number of JIRA users (50). Could you please sort this out as we are going to use scheduler only for Service desk (25).

If it can not be resolved, please remove two years additional support maintenance and make it 50 users license.
