Scheduled Issues not being shown, Errors in JIRA Logfile

Dear Support Team,

when we try to show scheduled issues, the pages does not finish loading and the JIRA logfile shows the attached error.

Scheduler Version is "5.0.10", Jira Version is "v7.2.2#72004-sha1:9d51328", it is on-premise, not cloud.

    Hi Christian,

    Please let us know if this occurred after upgrade of The Scheduler or JIRA? or maybe it was a fresh installation.

    Have you installed any other add-on in the meantime?

    Is it happening in all of the projects or just one?

    It would also help if you could send us more detailed atlassian-jira.log file as there might be some clues what went wrong. Please send it at support.atlassian@tt.com.pl

    Hello Lukasz,

    It was not a fresh installation, the installation of JIRA + Scheduler is running since quite a while.

    We use the scheduler in only one project currently.

    I will send the JIRA log, however I am also open to a remote session (teamviewer, webex, ...) if you want.

    From the log analyse: it appears that there is one trigger with wrong date after 9999 which led to blocking creation of other Scheduled Issues.

    Are you OK with manually modifying the database? If that's ok, we could schedule a meeting for tomorrow to solve this? (You would be guided by @bartoszgilewski )

    The other option is to wait for version 5.1.1 - as we are on the edge of releasing version 5.1.0 ( https://trello.com/c/al5m0mBm/4-better-scheduled-issue-scheduling )
