My issue does not fire

I created a scheduled task to remind a colleague to file time each week.

It does not fire. How do I diagnose the problem?

There is nothing in the JIRA log. The manual "fire" button does nothing.

That is main feature of the plugin. It should work correctly. Are you sure you filled out all needed fields?

Is it the case for all your Scheduled Issues or for one specific? Isn't the affected Scheduled Issue disabled?

What is your plugin and JIRA version? What is the database behind?

Ok. I made a new scheduled issue from scratch with identical content and that worked.
