Edit subtask creates 500 error

Issue #292 resolved
Former user created an issue

When you create a scheduled task with a subtask, and you try to edit the subtask after creation this goes well. However, when you save it (even without changing anything) it creates a 500 error page. This is reproducable and occurs everytime. (see attachement)

For me this is a critical point, since it costs a lot of work to recreate everything as should.

    Hi,

I've checked this with latest version 5.1.1 and Jira 7.7.0 - it seems to work fine.

Please give us some more details:

    1. What is your Jira version?

    2. What is your database type (and version)?

    3. What is your version of The Scheduler?

Now, some details about the Scheduled Issue:

    1. Is the creator of Task and Sub-task the same person ?

    2. Is the person editing Sub-task the same as the creator from 1. ?

    Cheers,

    Łukasz

    Hi Sirolf1992,

We have tested this case with the same base settings and it seems to work fine.

Please send us your atlassian-jira.log file, maybe we will find some answers there.

    Send it at: support.atlassian@tt.com.pl

    Cheers,

    Łukasz
