assigned issue to
Trigger - Start Date does not stay as set
I created a trigger with start date "31/01/18 00:00". When I edited the scheduled issue later, the trigger is now "30/01/18 23:59"; 1 minute earlier.
I created a two more as a test, setting start date of both to "01/02/18 00:00". I then immediately went to see if they had remained the same; one has, while the latter one is now "31/01/18 23:59". What's going on? This can cause unexpected results with date variables.

reporter No biggie; I marked this as minor since there is likely a simple workaround; avoiding using midnight as start date. Of course, this is assuming the set time may only change by one minute at most.

Please update to latest version 5.1.2.
