Scheduled Issue view - Description fields and formatting

While testing, I've noticed that the fields Description and Issue Description do not appear to support formatting. Line changes are not shown, either.
Readability of a formatted Issue Description is thus very poor, and unsuitable for non-familiar users. If the formatting includes features such as tables with more columns, it becomes practically unreadable.
