JIRA Software and Service Desk Integration

Currently Running: JIRA Software 7.6.1 JIRA Service Desk 3.9.1 Trial Licenese JIRA Core 7.6.1

We have JIRA Software up and running, I added JIRA Service Desk obr under applications section.

There appear to be no features available for Service Desk. Under the JIRA Service Desk Configuration page, the page is blank. Email Request has several errors. Under the Add-ons -> Manage Add-ons: Select All add-ons. All of the JIRA Service Desk plugins are disabled and will not allow us to enable them.

    It appears you have problems with Atlassian Service Desk product - not our add-on The Scheduler.

    PS. The Scheduler is compatible with Service Desk since version 5.0.10, generation 4.x might not work correctly, but it would cause the problems shown on the screens.
