Regeneration of sub-tasks
It would be ideal to have an option to regenerate all sub-tasks associated with the original issue when the creation is triggered.

Hi Lee,
The Scheduler does not support sub-tasks (creation, updating). We do not have a plan to implement it yet.
However we have already sub-tasks topic reported in our internal system. I will add your proposal into it too. Could you just give us more details about your imagination - what do you mean saying regenerate all sub-tasks, what should happen then?
Thanks for contacting,
Marek Cendrowicz

Issue put on hold - no plan to implement sub-tasks support so far.

reporter Hi Marek,
So, for example, I have just setup a scheduled issue that occurs once per month within our team..
This issue has a number of process steps that I have setup as sub-tasks so that we can see as each part is completed.
When the scheduled issue is fired to create a new issue for next month the sub-tasks are obviously lost. It would be ideal if The Scheduler could also fire the creation of sub-tasks and associate them with the new issue it has just created.
Thanks,
Lee

Account Deactivated Hi Marek,
do you have an idea when you implement this feature?

Hi there,
Somehow this issue slipped out from our notification list.
The Scheduler version 5.x supports sub-tasks, it was released 27.03.2017.
(Pretty soon sub-tasks will be also available in Cloud version of The Scheduler)
If you are interested in knowing whats comming up next, please check:
