reporter Hey Lukasz
Tried once again with the link. We are on JIRA cloud so that's what we selected and still go the same error

Have you tried The Scheduler for Jira Cloud before - on this instance?
Cloud applications are available for testing only for 30 days, later you have to decide if you would like to keep using it.
That might be the case, let us know.

reporter Hey Lukaz,
It has only been 7 days that we have setup this instance of JIRA Software Cloud, so highly unlikely that this instance has consumed a 30 days trial.

For new instances it seems to be working fine.
Did you import all of the projects from some other Cloud instance?
Please tell me everything step by step, and attach some screenshots.
Also please send us your Jira instance URL (or URLs) at: support.atlassian@tt.com.pl
Cheers,
Łukasz

Hi Vibhor,
We have managed to find out the root cause of the problem:
"The installation fails with an error since the public key is longer than the column length defined on the table."
Here is a similar issue raised within Atlassian Connect: https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/ACSPRING-77
We will do our best to fix this for you in next release, I will let you know when it is available.
Cheers
Łukasz

Hi Vibhor,
Please try generating trial license through marketplace:
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/pl.com.tt.jira.plugin.theschedulerpro/server/overview
Make sure you are generating trial license for correct hosted product (Jira server, Jira Cloud).
Cheers,
Łukasz
