Add ability to create bi-annual or annual triggers

We need the ability to schedule tasks (such as training or QA certification renewals) using intervals such as every 3 months, every 6 months, every year, or every other year. Please add these trigger intervals.

That would be a great feature (we already have it on our Could version of The Scheduler).

I've added this to our backlog: to expand interval triggers functionality (daily and weekly triggers were added in 5.1.0).

I'll update you, if anything changes.
