Can't create scheduled issue

When trying to create a scheduled issue, the following error appears:
The Scheduler Sorry, you can't create any issues right now, as you need to have access to a Jira application to be able to create issues. To gain application access you need to be a member of a group assigned to an application.
What am I doing wrong here?

Hi Michela,
Please tell us if you are using The Scheduler for Jira Server or Jira Cloud ?
There was an Outage in Atlassian Cloud Services - that could be the cause: https://status.atlassian.com/incidents/00f3kk6n5w24
Let us know, if it is working now.
