Can not set a Trigger

We have installed "The Scheduler" version 5.1.3 (trial version) onto our Server instance of JIRA (version 7.1.10)
The installation was successful and I can access all required option, however when I try and schedule an existing issue, I can successfully populate the first two screens, however when I come to create the trigger the system doesn't not allow me. The "Add Trigger" icon never becomes active.
Also the calendar widgets do not work.
Obviously we are trialling this so if you could assist that would be great.
