Cannot create new issue because of required estimate and time remaining but the system ignores any input

I tried creating a new scheduled issue, but when i enter the issue details the system stops me from continuing because of invalid input for the estimate and remaining.

Ive tries to enter different types of input: 1 1.1 1,1 a (yes i know, this should never work but just to be sure)

Not any of these will be accepted by the system.

It accepts the same format as the regular Jira issue:

(we will try to add a hint there in some future release)
