Scheduled Task Failed to create

Former user created an issue

I have a scheduled tasks (up to 10 out of 50), in which were working fine. Unfortunately is not working as well anymore.

See attached, although tasks were created, Task ID is not visible, they are generated and e-mails are sent. The tasks work but no Work Flow Statuses are available.

Can you please help?

    Please send us your atlassian-jira.log file - send it at support.atlassian@tt.com.pl

    What is your Jira version and The Scheduler version?

    Please check if there were any maintenance/updates on server at that time - maybe it was the cause.
