Trigger based on the end of month

We need to trigger issues X days before the end of the month.

As of now, we can only trigger based on the day of the month but we would like to trigger based on a number of days before the end of the montgh.

Actually it is already possible with setting up correct advanced cron expression. Reference: http://www.quartz-scheduler.org/documentation/quartz-2.x/tutorials/crontrigger.html

For example:

0 15 10 L * ? = Fire at 10:15am on the last day of every month

0 15 10 L-2 * ? = Fire at 10:15am on the 2nd-to-last last day of every month
