Permissions ignored
Hi
I'm trying to use The Scheduler but I have a problem:
The logged in user has all permissions in the actual project, but when creating a scheduled issue I cannot see the Assignee box, and when choosing component it says that I do not have browse permission which is wrong...
Am I doing something wrong here or does The Scheduler not take permissions from the logged in user ?
THanks in advance..

reporter Hi
I'm using version 3.1.3 JIRA v6.3.11
I find it strange since I'm able to assign when entering an Issue in the project, but not when setting up a Scheduled Issue.
I believe the problem is down to Permissions ?

Hi, Most likely problem is not caused by permissions.
You wrote that you are able to see Assigned Field while creating issue. But are you attempting to create Scheduled Issue in the same issue type?
Have you any error logs in log file? Here is an instruction how to find log file: https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=16121981

reporter Hi
There is only one Issue Type in this project, so that must be yes...
But just now found out the 'The Scheduler uses' the assigned Create Screen for the project. And I do not want Assignee to be there...
That's the reason for Assignee not showing
Is there any way around that ?

Hi Unfortunately, there are no workaround for your problem. As you have noticed The Scheduler use the Create Screen to define which of fields have to display.

Hi Allan,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin!
Could you write which version are you using? Can you see that box in ootb creating issue form?
