Execution Preview shows ''NO EXECUTIONS''

Issue #331 resolved
Former user created an issue

Hi,

Even if I enter valid trigger details, it always shows a ''NO EXECUTIONS'' in the Execution Preview field. This also prevents me from submitting or updating my scheduled issue.

Even if I use the advanced form of Cron Trigger that is valid and working on another scheduled Issue, when I enter it, it shows ''NO EXECUTIONS'' and prevents me from updating.

The only way I have to update or submit my schedule issue is to change the trigger type to ''Manual'' which is not an acceptable work around.

    Dear User,

    In order to successfuly assist, I need to collect some additional information:

    • Please specify a version of the add-on;

    • Please inform me what is the database type and its version running on the server;

    • What is the JIRA version and its type (e.g. JIRA Service Desk 3.8.1 on JIRA Server 7.5.0)?

    • The best would be if you could send us html code from the page where this error occurs. (You can download html page by right clicking on page and saving page as html only, or "Ctrl + s", and if it is not available in your browser please google "how save a webpage +YourBrowserName")

    • Please try to refresh the page e.g. via F5 button on the keyboard and make a screenshot of that step, with opened browser's console (this can be done via pressing F12 in most browsers i.e. Chrome) – if there are red errors visible, make them present on the screenshot.

    • Support ZIP added as an attachment will be highly appreciated - https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/create-a-support-zip-790796819.html - if its size is more than 10 MB then please use some third party file locker to upload it i.e. http://tinyupload.com or https://wetransfer.com (for enhanced security you can add a password for an archive)

    • Our email to send sensitive data is: support.atlassian@tt.com.pl

    • I'd like you to check as well if the problem exists when you use an alternative browser i.e instead Firefox --> Chrome.

    Many thanks, Dominik
