Issue created on the last weekday of the month (and year) has createdDate next year

I have an issue set to trigger on the last weekday of each month:
0 0 1 LW * ?
The summary field uses this:
${createdDate.format("YYYYMM")}
Today is the last weekday of 201812 (and 2018), but the new issue has "201912" in the summary field. Execution time for the schedule is 31/08/18 01:00 and on the issue page it states that it was indeed created at 31.12.2018 01:00. In database, this is specifically '2018-12-31 01:00:04.620'. We're on GMT+2, so there was no place on Earth that was in 2019 at that moment.
What went wrong?
Scheduler 5.1.3 running on JIRA 7.9.2.
