    Hello,

Could you tell me if this is your first version (3.0.1) of TheScheduler installed onto Jira 6.0 or you have had previously installed TheScheduler 3.0? We already know a bug for 3.0 version which lead to the same problem with invalid creator. We have fixed this in 3.0.1 but if version 3.0 was used to migrate old scheduled issue it may still be present.

First of all could you answer to the following questions: 1) What was the first version of TheScheduler you have installed ever? 2) What was the first version compatible with Jira 6.0 installed? (3.0 or 3.0.1) 3) What was the previous version of Jira? (in case you have upgraded to 6.x)

Do you have any problem with creating new Scheduled Issues? Do you observe the same issue with newly created Scheduled Issues?

    Kind Regards, Lucas Kreczmer

The version is 3.0.1, Jira 6.0, never installed this plugin before (I am evaluating). I tried uninstall and reinstall the plugin, but I get the same error when creating a new schedule.

Hi, is there any update on this issue? I tried and installed the plugin in another instance with Jira 6.0 and it works OK, so probably something is wrong with the instance we need to do the evaluation. Can this be conflicting with another plugin? How can we do a fresh re-install?

I have isolated the problem. The issue is with 2 specific users. These usernames were changed (since jira alow it in version 6.0) before installing the plugin (say from acasari to adolfo.casari)

    Hi,

At this point i can only confirm that we have identified one problem regarding username's. I think problem may be caused by lower or upper letter cases. Can you check if usernames for those users was changed to something which contains both lower and upper letter case?

This is one of the problem that i think may be reason. But there may be also other factors which lead to this problem. I am going to take a deep look into this issue in this week so I will be able to say something more about potential cause of this problem.

    Kind Regards, Lucas Kreczmer
