Scheduled issue was fired twice

Cron expression is 0 0 8 10W * ? from 1/May/15

Issue was fired on 11/May/15 8:00 AM and two identical tickets were created (two ticket numbers apart - e.g. EXP-363 and EXP-365)

I checked for duplicates in the scheduled issues and I did not find any. Cron schedule was modified on May 1st.

Is this just an anomaly and can it be ignored? How can I debug this further?

Hi Paul,

This trigger should create only one ticket. Are you sure that those tickets have been created at the same time? Maybe you haven't remove the earlier ticket. In this case both of them have been fired.

It happened again yesterday with a different ticket.. both claim they were fired at the same time... I did a re-index to see if it would help. Also I plan on restarting over the weekend as well.

hi Paul, we are going through whole reported bug list. Could you please confirm that this problem still exists ? Or we can close the ticket. We did not reproduced such a behavior on our environemnts.
