cannot fire/enable a scheduler job
I am running JIRA v5.2.4 and installed scheduler plugin with a 30 day trial license. 1. I added a scheduler job to run on every year starting from 9/27 so I use Cron Expression "0 0 0 27 9 ? *" for interval. Do you think the cron expression correct?
- After the job is added successfully, both Fire and Enable are grey out so I cannot fire it or enable it. Please refer to the attached screen shot.
What is wrong? Can you advise me?
Thanks.

Hi,
I think this is not the problem with trigger but with reporter field being not included on create issue screen for "Task" issue type. Could you check if this field is addded to this screen?
Make sure also that user selected as reporter still exist and that user selected on third step of "Add new Job" wizard as "Creator" is valid and he has all appropiate permissions to see reporter field.
Best Regards, Lucas Kreczmer

Thanks, it works now after i added reporter to the create jira screen -- didn't know it has to be explicit.
Thanks and continue some more experiment.

Does anyone know why it didn't work?
Is it due to the trial license??
