TheScheduler stopped working after upgrade to 3.2.6/3.2.7

After upgrade to 3.2.6 scheduled issues stopped firing.

I have upgraded to 3.2.7 thinking it might solve the problem, but it didn't help. Existing scheduled issues are still not firing, cannot export issues (error 500), access the admin page (error 404) or create a new scheduled issue (500).
