Issues are no longer being created
I received a report from our user that the issues are no longer being created in the past few weeks which may have coincided with an upgrade to TheScheduler. I can manually fire to create an issue for a scheduled event but test to schedule a daily test task have failed to result in the test task being created. Please help as we have a large group of scheduled tasks coming up for creation this month.

Hello,
We have analyzed attached log files. The problem might be with the initialization of the plugin after update. You can reset the plugin to restore functionality by performing these steps:
-
Disable TheScheduler plugin (under the JIRA Administration -> Add-ons -> Manage Add-ons)
-
Re-enable it
-
Check if scheduled task are creating issues as planned (you can create test scheduled task and see if it is working)
Please let us know if this workaround will work.

The A work around by restarting thescheduler plugin or jira is not a solution. This is the third time for us the tickets stop being created after an update of thescheduler. We would like a definate solution to this problem. And a way to see which jobs haven't run and the possiblity to do them manually.
With kind regards
