Option to show month in numerical value in predefined values in Summary and Description

As a foreigner i'd like predefine moth -values in numerical form in my scheduled issues.

Current ${createdDate.month} - Creation month ${dueDate.month} - Due month

Proposal: ${createdDate.Month (/or .mm} - Creation month in numbers ${dueDate.Month (/or .mm} - Due month in numbers
