Date based columns should sort chronologically instead of numericly

On the scheduled issues page it appears that all of the date based columns such as "Created At" and "Next Fire Time" are sorting their values numerically instead of chronologically. This makes sorting them practically useless. It would be a lot more helpful if they sorted chronologically.

We fixed this issue in newly released 4.1.1 version. Please give it a try. :)
