User settable "annotations" in plots in acq_xxx_interactive()

Should be useful and very easy to implement user-control of what kind of annotations are in included in plots.

    This now can be achieved through an option available in recent versions of 'ggspectra' and further enhancements to these options in package 'ggspectra' seems like the easiest way of allowing users to tweak the plots.
