Separate data-processing functions into another package

At the moment even when processing previously acquired data one needs to install the rOmniDriver package, bringing in the requirement for Java and the driver itself. Splitting the package will make its off-line use much easier, and could even allow it to be submitted to CRAN if desired. A good name could be 'oocalc'.

    Still pending and a better solution would be to allow the calculation functions to work and the whole package installed even in the absence of the driver and Java. Meanwhile the wrapper to the Java driver is now removed from the data objects early on, making all calculation steps after counts per second to be independent of 'ooacquire'. Putting on hold until all new code is tested and documented.
