Bug on Process }APQ.UX.Dim.App.ReplaceInstanceReference

Hi,

There are some bugs on }APQ.UX.Dim.App.ReplaceInstanceReference,
I already fixed them on my side by below’s two steps,

1. Changed line 177 to SubsetCreatebyMDX( sSubSrc, sMDX, 1);
2. Renamed sValue to another name
