We need alternate hierarchy support for View Fixes and Widget Fixes

Apliqo UX has a very good support for alternate hierarchies. However there is one part which is missing:

For View or Widget fixes, the resulting values can be different if the user selects a C element that is part of different hierarchies.

So we need to be able to pick the hierarchy when selecting the fix filters.
