Scale problem (UX_K, UX_M) after upgrade to 2.5.2.1 from 2.5.2

Widgets with values that have a decimal/comma separated (e.g. 2.51) now appear as 2.51 UX_M instead of 2.51M (or K instead of M). Before and after screenshots attached.

Waterfall widget in this example but also appears on grid.

Seems like the cache wasn't cleared properly. Please make sure to completely clear the cache after upgrade in the future.
