Enable-SSL note in UX installer

Just a suggestion to add an additional note on this step on the UX installer (when setting up a new contentstore). It could helpful to tell the user to input “https” instead of “http” if SSL is enabled on the TM1 model instance. Alternatively, perhaps there can be separate input fields for “Adminhost”, “REST API port”, and a checkbox for SSL. The installer can use the info in those fields to create the restUri parameter.
