Setting Default Layout doesn't set zero suppression

It appears that when we use the “Set Default View Definition” TI (}APQ.UX.Cub.ViewDefinitionDefaults.Update), any zero suppression options are not set in the default view. I suspect this is because the ViewDef JSON string that is copied does not contain the zero suppression flags. This would be helpful in creating default views with stacked rows (where zero suppression would need to enabled).
