Adding Advanced Settings : to enable/disable the Action Menu

Summary:

Describe the bug
Be able to enable/disable “Action Menu” from the advanced setting.
This is very much needed, when prepare a dashboard for senior management (users) who doesn’t want to have an absolute clean chart/table etc. without any additional functions.
