Cannot create private app

I just noticed a bug during an UX implementation where we can’t create any private apps. Tried this with multiple webapps/environments and faced the same error where the pop-up window keeps spinning. It appears the TI process which creates a new page does not run at all based on the TM1 contentStore instance logs.
This issue is quite critical since many users are looking to create their own private apps for specific reports.

Hi @Wei Wang can you please attach the server log and and TI error logs as we need to get to the bottom of this. Based on the information you gave we can’t replicate the issue.
