PDF Export and Column width

When using the PDF export, there appears to be formatting issue when exporting a table that contains a pop-up column. The pop-up button column is not exported which is fine but the width of the pop-up column appears to be considered in resizing the other columns of the table in the final PDF.

In this example, we are exporting the table below which has a pop-up in the second column. When we export it, the width of the pop-up column is applied to the subsequent column each column width is offset so the ultimate impact is a table with column formatted differently than the original screen.
