Excel upload is broken in develop branch

Bug description In develop branch XLS Upload works to the point of selecting Excel file and loading data to the model form. However then clicking the "Load" button does not result in any further action. No request is sent and nothing happens.

To reproduce Follow test case manually https://apliqo.testrail.io/index.php?/cases/view/23 Test will fail at step 6.

Expected behaviour Test should pass. Data uploaded from Excel to cube.
