Cross-drill on virtual hierarchies in dashboard

It appears that dashboard grid widgets do not currently have the option to cross-drill on a virtual hierarchy. For example, in the UX Demo app, there are virtual hierarchies defined on the “Department” dimension but these virtual dimensions do not show up when I try to cross-drill. I know that cross-drilling on widgets is a relatively new feature added so not sure if this is something that is straightforward to add/enable.
