Blank formatting for 0 value not respected in UX

Bug description Custom number formats in UX are respected for positive and negative numbers but not for 0.

To reproduce For a numeric column element enter a custom number format e.g.

#!

#,##0.0;(#,##0.0);""

This should format numbers with thousand separator and one decimal place with negatives in brackets and zero values should not be displayed at all. This number format is respected in native TM1 UI (Architect/Tm1Web). In UX the positive and negative formats are correct but the zero values stil display as 0 and not blank.
